How the numbers work

Daily: the day's volume as a percentage of the goal. Rest days stay at zero.

Last 3 active days: average your latest three days with any activity, however far apart. With fewer than three, use the days available.

14-day active average: look at the date shown and the previous 13 calendar days. Divide by the number of days with any activity. No active days means no average.

An active day counts for all four exercises. If you only run, the other three are zero for that day. Today joins the averages as soon as you log your first set, so they can dip early in the day.

Overall: average the four exercise percentages, each capped at 100%. Individual exercise charts can exceed 100%. This measures volume; completing a Murph in one session is a separate milestone.

THE FRIENDLY PART

Weekly Murph points.

Each day's Murph score, added up Monday to Sunday in Sydney time. A perfect week is 700. Only backed-up entries count, and nobody sees your sets or email.
